We pride ourselves on working with quality hospitals, clinics and trauma centres around the world. Direct settlement of pre-authorised treatment means you can be assured that treatment is covered and our members can focus on their recovery.
We offer our contracted providers promotion on our online search tool, Facilities Finder. This is accessible to all Bupa International members, corporate businesses and group administrators. We strive to settle claims within 30 days of receipt of your invoice and our Medical Centre is on hand to assist with any questions you may have about a Bupa International member's treatment.
You can become part of the Bupa International Medical Provider Network by completing the online application form here. Once we have received your request, we will contact you within two days to discuss how to develop our relationship.

It is quick and easy to pre-authorise a Bupa International member's treatment:
Please make sure you have the patient's details to hand including name, date of birth, details of symptoms, diagnosis, procedure and planned admission date.
Treatment can be pre-authorised immediately by calling our Medical Centre, or if you prefer to fax or email your query, we will respond within 24 hours.

You should always pre-authorise the following procedures or treatments:

There is no need for a claim form. On discharge of a patient, and where treatment has been pre-authorised, simply send in your pre-authorisation letter and your invoices. Where treatment has not been pre-authorised you will need to complete a claim form, and submit this along with the invoices to the address below. Please note that we cannot guarantee that payment will be made in full when treatment has not been pre-authorised by us.

On receipt of the invoice, eligible payment will be issued within 30 days.
We can settle invoices in most tradeable currencies. Simply tell us how often you would like your invoices settled (this can be daily, weekly, monthly or at a frequency of your choice), and whether you would like the money transferred directly to the hospital's account.
