You can switch to this plan at renewal. Information about Worldwide Health Options will be sent to you in your renewal pack, which will be sent to you one (Lifeline) or two (IHHP) months before your renewal date.
If you have exclusions on your plan they will automatically be carried over to your Worldwide Health Option plan*.
If you have an exclusion, Bupa will maintain the exclusion and not decline you*.
Any moratoriums will be carried across from Lifeline to Worldwide Health Options*.
Lifetime limits will be carried across to Worldwide Health Options*.
Any upgrades/downgrades will go through Bupa’s standard underwriting process.
If you want to switch to Worldwide Health Options before the loaded version has been launched, you will have the loadings converted into exclusions. You will however be given the opportunity to convert your exclusions back to loadings once the loaded version of Worldwide Health Options has been launched. These will be underwritten using the medical history that you supplied at the point you originally joined IHHP.
